Return and Refund Policy

1. 7-day Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item. We offer free reverse pickup for all eligible returns.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately. We kindly request you to record an unboxing video while opening the package. While not strictly mandatory, an unboxing video helps us process your claim much faster. If you don't have a video, please send clear photos of the damaged product and the box to our Contact number 

3. Returns for Other Reasons
If the product is in good condition but you wish to return it, we will accept it. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging. To initiate the pickup, you must send a short video or photo showing the current condition of the product to our Contact number. 

4. Refund Processing
Once the returned item reaches our facility, we will inspect it. After a successful quality check, we will initiate a 100% full refund. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account within 5 to 7 working days after we receive the product.
